Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ugro Sport
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Our products can be returned within 7 days of you receiving your purchase. Any sport nutrition products opened will not be refunded, as well as Apparel that is not in its original condition will not be refunded
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was received in the last 7 days

  • The product is in its original packaging and unopened

  • The product isn’t used or damaged

  • All seals and labels are in their original state

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from Ugro Sport Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered of return.

    To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN), contact us via email at, confirming your personal details, date and order number of your receipt. Including a reason for the return/refund request.
    Send the product with its original packing and the receipt/proof of
    purchase and the RMN number.

    Shipping Charges

    All freight costs on Returns will be covered by the purchaser. If need be we can organise a pickup for your return and you will be invoiced, payable prior to collection.

    Damaged items

    If you have received damaged products in your shipment, please notify us immediately and within 48 hours.

    Sale items

    Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items can be refunded.


    All monetary refunds are done within five working days of the returned item/s accepted at our warehouse. If any of the above points are not met, we will email the reasons for not refunding.
